Spring 2010.Apolis Activism is a platform for a network of global citizens empowering people through opportunity instead of charity.
Saidpur, Bangladesh. Bangladesh was established after the war for independence in 1971. With independence came famines, natural disasters and widespread poverty. The non–profit Saidpur Enterprises started manufacturing Market Bags to help rebuild the economy and create opportunity for the whole supply chain — farmer to manufacturer.

Los Angeles, California. The Parton brothers started Apolis Activism in Santa Barbara, California by connecting the hands that make a product to the hands that wear a product. In 2007 they moved to a 900 sq. ft. design space in the arts district of downtown Los Angeles.
